Role : Maintenance Head
Secunderabad (East Marredpally)
Openings: 1
Salary: 40,000 – 45,000/month
Shift: Rotational (including night shifts)
Gender : Males
Work Schedule: 6 days/week
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide maintenance staff and technicians
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Oversee daily maintenance of:
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing systems
- HVAC systems
- Other utilities
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all equipment
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations
- Plan and control maintenance budgets
- Manage inventory of spare parts
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues
- Support new installations, renovations, and upgrades
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are well-maintained
Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior hospital experience preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management
- Technical expertise in facility systems
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making
- Communication skills (Telugu, English, Hindi)
