We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administration professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management. This role is essential in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
