Maintenance Manager

Role Description

The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations for our manufacturing units, ensuring optimal functionality and safety of equipment and facilities. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing repair operations, and supervising maintenance teams. The role also requires regular inspections, coordinating with external contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Unnao.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Maintenance Management and Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Equipment Maintenance
• Effective Supervisory Skills to lead maintenance teams efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Working knowledge of safety and compliance standards related to industrial maintenance
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, maintenance management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable
