Equipment Availability & Uptime

Dairy processing machines, pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, packaging lines

Refrigeration & Cold Storage Efficiency – chillers, compressors, cold rooms

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance – planning, execution, and downtime reduction

Repair & Troubleshooting Efficiency – speed and accuracy of repairs

Automated Plant Operations & Smart Manufacturing

Maintenance Cost Optimization – cost-effective spare parts and vendor management

Team & Vendor Management – effective supervision and coordination

Audits & Statutory Compliance Liaisoning

Energy Conservation & Audits

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in dairy plant and utility maintenance

Strong knowledge of mechanical and refrigeration systems

Troubleshoot dairy processing & utility machinery independently

Leadership experience in managing maintenance teams

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Must have experience in dairy or refrigeration systems handling low-temperature operations (FMCG/Food industry) – mandatory
