Job Description

Operations Executive

Role Title: Operations Executive – Bakery & Dispatch

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (Production Unit)

Role Objective

Ensure smooth daily operations, hygiene, and timely order execution across procurement, inventory, kitchen coordination, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Source raw materials (daily/weekly planning)
  • Maintain relationships with vendors
  • Ensure quality and cost efficiency

2. Inventory Management

  • Track stock levels (raw materials + packaging)
  • Maintain FIFO system
  • Minimize wastage and shortages

3. Order Management

  • Handle all incoming orders of Daily B2C and Bulk B2B orders
  • Coordinate production planning with the kitchen team

4. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Ensure Proper packaging and On-time dispatch
  • Coordinate with delivery partners

5. Hygiene & Process Control

  • Maintain strict kitchen hygiene standards
  • Daily cleaning and checklist monitoring
  • Ensure proper storage and labelling

6. Team Coordination

  • Work closely with chefs and helpers
  • Ensure smooth workflow in kitchen

7. Basic Accounts & Tracking

  • Maintain purchase and expense records
  • Share daily/weekly reports with management

Candidate Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in bakery/hotel/cloud kitchen operations
  • Strong sense of hygiene and discipline
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic Excel / record-keeping skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
