Operations Executive
Role Title: Operations Executive – Bakery & Dispatch
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (Production Unit)
Role Objective
Ensure smooth daily operations, hygiene, and timely order execution across procurement, inventory, kitchen coordination, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Source raw materials (daily/weekly planning)
- Maintain relationships with vendors
- Ensure quality and cost efficiency
2. Inventory Management
- Track stock levels (raw materials + packaging)
- Maintain FIFO system
- Minimize wastage and shortages
3. Order Management
- Handle all incoming orders of Daily B2C and Bulk B2B orders
- Coordinate production planning with the kitchen team
4. Dispatch & Delivery
- Ensure Proper packaging and On-time dispatch
- Coordinate with delivery partners
5. Hygiene & Process Control
- Maintain strict kitchen hygiene standards
- Daily cleaning and checklist monitoring
- Ensure proper storage and labelling
6. Team Coordination
- Work closely with chefs and helpers
- Ensure smooth workflow in kitchen
7. Basic Accounts & Tracking
- Maintain purchase and expense records
- Share daily/weekly reports with management
Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in bakery/hotel/cloud kitchen operations
- Strong sense of hygiene and discipline
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic Excel / record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
