About This Role

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager with strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and overall facility upkeep for cafés/restaurants. The ideal candidate understands the pace of hospitality operations and can ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of all technical assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all café/restaurant equipment is operational with minimal downtime.
• Manage daily facility checks, breakdown calls, and service requests.
• Coordinate with external vendors, AMC partners, and service technicians.
• Maintain maintenance logs, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules across all outlets.
• Monitor energy usage and recommend cost-efficient solutions.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance related to equipment and facilities.
• Support new outlet openings with equipment installation and setup.
• Lead and train the maintenance team.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of maintenance experience in hospitality (QSR, cafés, restaurants, hotels).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, plumbing, and basic electricals.
• Willingness to travel across outlets as needed.
• Open to manage responsibilities across multiple cities.
• A calm, people-first approach and genuine love for hospitality

Compensation

Negotiable, based on experience.
