We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage our maintenance operations in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance management, ensuring the efficient operation of all machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance operations of the facility to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to minimize downtime.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide training and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the equipment and facility to identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and CMMS software.
- Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in maintenance operations.
