Role Overview
The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations at AdOnMo. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, budget management, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal operational disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and ensuring timely and high-quality task completion.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring efficient and cost-effective resource utilization.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking maintenance performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
