- Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and safety-conscious teammates.
- You'll spearhead our maintenance operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of service demands for our DEPOT. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial, Engineering, EHS, Quality, & SCM Team), coordinate maintenance activities, and much more.
- Youll specifically take care of leading team briefings, deploying team members efficiently, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, but also assist the Maintenance Manager in strategic planning.

- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience or understanding of rolling stock maintenance (preferably 6-8 years)
- Knowledge of rail depot operations and rail industry regulations
- Familiarity with SAP - GSI and Network Rail Rules and Regulations

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team.
