We are seeking a Maintenance Lead Engineer to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the optimal performance of our machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance engineering and will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan and implement maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to enhance their skills.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-14 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and methodologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
- Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
