Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as HVAC, purified water systems, compressed air, boilers, and electrical systems.
Maintain compliance with GMP, regulatory, and safety standards.
Prepare and manage maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime.
Lead and manage the maintenance team including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination for repairs and servicing.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and preventive measures within the plant.
