Data analysis like break down analysis, machine uptime, energy conservation analysis, etc
Attending to the safety requirements of the plant
Energy conservation
TPM - PM Pillar
Reviewing the performance of subordinates and identifying their training needs
Support operators and ME dept to implementation of Kaizen
Support and implement safety and environment related projects
