Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Foreman at our facility in Sehore. The Maintenance Foreman will oversee and coordinate the maintenance of equipment, machinery, and infrastructures to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities include supervising a team of maintenance technicians, scheduling routine equipment checks, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining detailed maintenance records. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of tools and parts while ensuring timely repairs to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills for managing maintenance teams.
• Knowledge in reading and understanding technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Proficiency in inventory management and record-keeping for maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with industry-standard safety protocols and workplace safety regulations.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in the dairy or food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• High school diploma, trade certification, or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
