Maintenance Executive

We are looking for a Maintenance Executive, especially Electrician And Plumber for locations such as Alibaug, Karjat, Lonavla, Goa, Ooty, Panchgani, Igatpuri

Job Description:

-Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance

-Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and align with allocation of work.

-Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance

-Coordinate during maintenance installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)

-Execute maintenance & repairs of work.

-Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.

-Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.

-Timely reporting & daily update on slack & WhatsApp on necessary groups.

-Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
