3 to 5 years (Regular Employees B.Tech)
3+ years (FTE Diploma / B.Tech)
Education Criteria
- Regular Employees: Full-time B.Tech (no part-time / distance)
- FTE: Diploma / B.Tech
- Mandatory: B.Tech must be completed full-time; candidates who completed B.Tech while working are not eligible.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues in rotating and static equipment
- Maintain pumps, compressors, motors, valves, PLC/DCS systems
- Support daily plant operations & shutdown activities
- Ensure safety compliance and permit-to-work procedures
- Maintain logs, reports and coordination with operations team
- Handle utilities: boilers, compressors, chillers (as applicable)
Candidate Requirements
- Must be working in refinery, petrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, cement, steel, power, or other process industries
