Maintenance & Operations
- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of reactors, distillation columns, agitators, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, boilers, chillers, and utilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues to reduce downtime
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and process reliability
- Coordinate maintenance during shutdowns, turnarounds, and plant modifications
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to EHS, MSDS, HAZOP, PTW, LOTO, and statutory safety standards
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, PESO regulations, and pollution control norms
- Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Planning & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, SOPs, checklists, and logs
- Conduct breakdown analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective action planning
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with purchase and stores
Utilities & Energy Management
- Monitor and maintain boilers, compressors, cooling towers, HVAC systems, DG sets, ETP/STP
- Support energy conservation and cost optimization initiatives
Vendor & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with OEMs and contractors for AMC, repairs, and installations
- Supervise technicians and ensure safe shop floor practices
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff
