Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Maintenance Engineers specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Turnaround & Shutdown Planning, or Workshop Operations to join. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of plant machinery and systems through preventive and corrective maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities as per schedule.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure minimal downtime.
- Plan and coordinate TA (Turnaround) and Shutdown maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and provide effective root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Supervise workshop operations, maintenance crews, and contractors.
- Maintain maintenance documentation, logs, and reports in SAP/CMMS systems.
- Liaise with production and other departments to optimize maintenance schedules.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for reliability and asset performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
- 310 years of relevant experience in refinery, petrochemical, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, rotating/static equipment, and instrumentation systems.
- Experience in TA/Shutdown planning will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance software (SAP/CMMS).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
