Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer located in Bhiwandi (Mumbai). The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and executing prompt repairs. The role involves implementing preventive maintenance practices, maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, and adhering to safety protocols to minimize downtime. Collaboration with the operational and technical teams to optimize machine performance and efficiency is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair
• Proficiency in implementing and managing Preventive Maintenance strategies for machinery and systems
• Expertise in Electrical Maintenance, including the inspection, repair, and optimization of power systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues promptly
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in industrial or logistics operations
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related technical field
• Prior experience in logistics or manufacturing industries is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
