Educational Qualifications B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

We are looking to elevate operational excellence through our Maintenance Manager.

A strategic leader with a deep understanding of asset reliability, operational efficiency, and sustainable maintenance practices. Someone ready to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment, with an ability to proactively create and implement maintenance strategies which will directly impact productivity and business success. Spearheadingplant maintenance function, ensuring seamless operations and long-term sustainability.

1. Maintenance Strategy & Asset Optimization

Design and implement a comprehensive maintenance roadmap that aligns with organizational goals.

Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies to enhance asset performance.

Leverage Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT-enabled condition monitoring, and CMMS to transition towards smart maintenance solutions.

2.Equipment Reliability & Process Efficiency

Oversee the maintenance of heavy machinery, utilities, and critical plant infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted production. Monitor MTBF and MTTR and drive Operational Efficiency in plant through reduction in breakdown. Implement Time Based Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance of equipment and machines

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) to eliminate recurring issues.

Optimize spare parts inventory and ensure cost-effective procurement strategies.Engineering audits and health check program in the plant.

Follow effective maintenance scheme with an aim to reduce machine down time.Making risk and opportunities and drafting an action plan for implementation. Diagnosing faults with proper root cause analysis. Maintaining statistical and financial records. Creation, development and amendment of the requisites SOPs and other documents.Maintain and update QMS records. Preparation and implementation of technical training programs for workmen and staff.

Updating critical spares list time to time.

3. Compliance, Safety & Sustainability

Ensure strict adherence to statutory regulations, environmental norms, and safety standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, Factory Act, Pollution Control Board guidelines etc).

Implement sustainability initiatives focusing on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and eco-friendly maintenance practices.

Foster a zero-incident culture by reinforcing safety protocols and conducting regular risk assessments.

4.Breakdown Analysis & Troubleshooting Respond to equipment failures promptly, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.

Utilize lean maintenance methodologies (TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Optimize Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) to improve operational performance.

5.Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Drive automation and digitalization in maintenance for smarter asset management.

Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Collaborate with production and quality teams to enhance machine performance and efficiency.

Desired Qualifications & Skills: Strong technical knowledge of plastics manufacturing equipment, machinery and related systems

Skilled in software tools such as MS Office/CAD/Project Management Ability to manage stressful situation. Ability to handle crisis effectively.
