Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and technical direction in planning and scheduling maintenance activities across bp's refining sites.
- Line manage maintenance planners and schedulers at bpTSI, including coaching, career development, and competency building.
- Manage the deployment of planning and scheduling resources to meet the business needs of bp refineries.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality job plans and work packs that support safe and efficient work execution.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of work management processes and systems across bpTSI.
- Ensure adherence to work management procedures, workflows, and conformance standards.
- Oversee self-verification and QA/QC activities; take corrective actions where necessary.
- Support integration and coordination across disciplines and with remote teams.
- Promote effective use of planning and scheduling tools, including SAP PM/MM and Primavera P6.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, or related field).
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 12+ years of technical field experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in oil & gas or process industries.
- At least 23 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven background in refining operations, maintenance execution, and shutdown/turnaround planning.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience with maintenance and shutdown planning and execution in oil & gas or process industries.
- Proficiency in CMMS (SAP PM/MM), Primavera (P6), and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of CMMS work order management, material management, master data, and maintenance KPIs.
- Demonstrated cross-functional coordination and ability to influence across teams and geographic boundaries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong networking, facilitation, and organizational skills.
