Maintainance Electrical Supervisor (Engine)

Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance planning and execution for the advance automation engine assembly facility by

. Preventive maintenance adherence along with continuos improvement in check sheet based on equipment maintenance experience

. Predictive maintenance execution and countermeasures on observed abnormality

. Quick response on breakdown maintenance and according implementation of countermeasures horizontal deployment on other equipment

. Proactive support to production by installing reliable quality assurance POKA Yoke by inhouse resources

. Basic knowhow of ISO standard (ISO9001, ISO14001).

. Knowledge of Calibration:Nutrunner,Cosmo leak tester, Electric Pulse tools

. Manage spare parts inventory

Competencies / Skills:

Functional/Technical:

Work experience require for the Hardware selection, installtion standard, programming and troubleshooting for

. Mitsubishi PLC series of Q,iQ-R

. Communication network (CCLink, CC Link-IE, Ethernet etc) architecture etc.

.Yamaha and IAI multi axis Robo cylinders working knowhow

. Mitsubishi Servo MRJ4, MRJ5

. Fanuc Robot working & diagnosis experience

. Smart sensors & Vision camera (Make: Keyence, Omron, Cognex)

. Omron RFID V680

. Nutrunner System of Dai Ichi, Atlas Copco, IR, Uryu

. Cosmo Leak test systems

. 3 phase induction motor and VFD control

. Servo press - DDK, Janome

. SMC Electrical Actuators diagnosis & repair.

. Working experience on Sedick make Motoring and firing test bench, Bearing selection machine.
