Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of z/OS operating system, TSO, ISPF, JCL, JES2/JES3, and other mainframe technologies.
- Experience with mainframe database systems (DB2, IMS) and networking concepts.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
