Job Description:
- Lead and develop CICS Webservices and CICS online programming to support enterprise applications.
- Expertise in IMS DB management, including design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical leadership and support for mainframe applications across PAN India.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mainframe solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CICS transactions, IMS databases, and online systems.
- Optimize mainframe performance and ensure high availability and reliability of critical systems.
- Document system designs, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements within the mainframe environment.
