Job Description
We are seeking a Senior TAC Engineer specializing in Juniper Firewall and Network Security to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing technical support for network security products and will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for Juniper firewall and network security products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product functionality and reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis on technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Train and mentor junior TAC engineers in technical support processes and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-13 years of experience in technical support or network security roles.
- Strong knowledge of Juniper firewall technologies and network security protocols.
- Experience with troubleshooting TCP/IP, VPN, and firewall configurations.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as JNCIA, JNCIS, or JNCIP are preferred.
