Mainframe Production Supporting Lead: L3 Support

Should have experience in COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, CICS

Should have exp in ISPW /ISPF / TOPAZ workbench

Should have exp in Application Support / Production Support

Should have exp in 24/7 support

Should have experience in Mainframe, TOPAZ workbench, ISPW, COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, Service-Now , Github, REXX, QUIKJOB

Should have experience in DB2 as a support admin level or expert in writing queries to retrieve data from DB2 .

Should have experience Supporting, development and Enhancement

Should have experience Mainframe and Java /j2ee is plus.

Documentation Skills using different platforms including Confluence ,Service-Now , word etc.

Experience in Legacy applications / Digital transformation.

Experienced working in production/Application support projects and following best practices for ITIL process

Commitment to clear and timely communication with all stakeholders - including Clients, Client Service Managers, Business Analysts, IT Operations, Dev/Engineering team.

Experienced working in Service-Now Incident , Requests, Problem Management and Azure DevOps

Should be able to understand in Cobol script code and also know Azure Dev Ops basics.

Monitoring production systems: Mainframe Production Support Professionals are responsible for monitoring the mainframe production systems, applications, and batch jobs

Creating and maintaining documentation: Production Support Professionals create and maintain documentation related to the production systems and applications they support

Responsibility:

Need to perform Developer/support Role in Support environment

Need to work in 24X7 shift

Responsible for handing Production Failures and fixing with resolutions

Ability to interact with business users and understand business requirements

Excellent communication skills
