Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Redux.
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust software solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior team members.
Troubleshoot complex issues across the full application stack and ensure timely resolution.
Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance across all components.
Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and delivery in an agile development environment.
