Mainframe Engineer /Lead (IMSDB experience is must)
Location: Hyderabad, Hybrid 3 days work from Office
Shift timings: Morning shifts 6 AM IST
Experience: 4- 7 Years Engineer / 8-12 Years Lead
Notice: Max 15 -30 Days
o Technical skills Required (Must Have): COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DB/DC, MQ
o Tools: Endevor, Abendaid, Xpediter, File AID, OPC, ServiceNow, Rally, Confluence
Role: Mainframe Developer / Unit testing / System testing with Minimum 7 years of Mainframe experience.
Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of SDLC and hands on experience with end-to-end life cycle activities
- Substantial experience working with agile Methodology & working in squads
- Proficiency with hands on development, with key focus on mainframe application development
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Advanced skills mainframe languages such as COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2 SQL, IMS (both DB and DC), CLIST/REXX, MQ
- Knowledge of Key Mainframe tools such as JIRA, CONFLUENCE, Expeditor, Endevor, File aid, OPC, SPUFI, FileAid DB2, ICE TOOL, Abend Aid, MQ
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years experience with mainframe application development
- Required skills:
- COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DB/DC and MQ these are mandatory
