About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with 10+ years of experience in application support, enhancement, development, implementation and upgrade. Lifecomm Application running on Z/OS MVS.
Requirements
- Work on business-critical enhancement and maintenance requests.
- To understand the business requirements from client and work on the desired tasks.
- Work with project team for solving and implementing change requests for code enhancement.
- Participating in project meetings as and when necessary.
- Experience in providing nightly batch cycle support for Production as well as test region. Know the dependencies and criticality of the jobs in Production support environment.
- Handled Ad-Hoc Request and done Signoff on the release.
- Expert in handling Business functionalities and business users.
- Expertise in Onsite-Offshore model.
- Having good experience in MVS based technologies and tools involving Assembler, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Easytrieve , Other tools include Control-M, File-Manager, Dumpmaster.
