Mainframe Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL to support production issue analysis and resolution. The role involves debugging, root cause analysis, implementing fixes, and supporting UAT and deployment for mainframe applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve production issues (PRBs)
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis
• Develop and implement fixes in COBOL/CICS applications
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities
• Work on both batch and online (CICS) modules

Required Skills:

• COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL
• VSAM, SQL
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience in production support
