Position- Mainframe Batch Support / Production Control Analyst.
Experience- 3 to 6 Yrs.
Location- Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Hyderabad & Bangalore
Notie period- Prefer Early Joiner.
- Responsible for managing and supporting mainframe operations, ensuring the smooth execution of batch jobs, and maintaining system performance and availability.
- Use automated scheduling tools such as ZEKE / ZENS (Any One) to manage and automate batch jobs.
- Manage code movement using Endeavor.
- Good Knowledge Job Scheduling.
- Good Knowledge of Code promotion / Deployment.
- Utilize Mobius for output management and report distribution.
- Troubleshoot business-critical applications to ensure smooth operations.
- Understand and apply standard operating procedures to meet business needs and requirements.
- Maintain appropriate time to resolution for support tickets.
- Log and record support tickets with appropriate priority.
- Install computer peripherals for users as needed.
- Improve customer service, value, and satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support mainframe operations.
- Train new hires on systems and applications.
- Develop strong partnerships with other groups within the organization to aid in problem resolution.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of new processes or modifications to existing processes, policies, and standards.
- Knowledge of COBOL, JCL, and REXX.
- Familiarity with output management tools like Mobius.
- Understanding of security compliance and disaster recovery planning.
