Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Adobe Commerce/Magento 2 Developer to join our team. As a Magento 2 Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining e-commerce platform based on the Adobe Commerce community/enterprise/cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Magento 2 modules, themes, and extensions to meet specific business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform Magento 2 installation, configuration, and upgrades, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.

Create and maintain integrations with third-party systems, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and ERP systems.

Optimize the performance and scalability of the Magento 2 platform, including database tuning, caching, and code optimization.

Troubleshoot and debug Magento 2 issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Stay up to date with the latest Magento 2 features, upgrades, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and enhancements.

Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of developed modules and features.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

Must have experience with Headless implementation using GraphQL.

Proven experience in developing and customizing Magento 2-based e-commerce solutions.

Strong understanding of Magento 2 architecture, custom modules, themes, and best practices. Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Knockout JS and related web technologies.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Knowledge of Magento 2 performance optimization techniques and caching mechanisms.

Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate with third-party systems.

Solid understanding of e-commerce concepts, including catalog management, shopping cart, checkout process, and payment gateways.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Adobe commerce developer certification will be added advantage.
