Job Description

  • B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of hands-on experience in virtual manufacturing and machining process planning using MPPlanner/WPlanner, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar software tools (added advantage).
  • Experience in creating the Sequence of operation (SOE), Time element, operation method sheet (OMS), SOP, and work instruction
  • Create Mfg. Layout & Detailing Layout, Operator instruction with pictorial representation.
  • Good knowledge of Industrial engineering concepts, machining processes, and cutting tools.
  • Good knowledge of Industrial Engineering (IE) standards such as time study, work study, and line balancing, with shopfloor/factory exposure.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.
  • Good knowledge and experience in the Machining of different materials such as Cast Iron.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau/Power BI)
  • Create and review machining and tooling layouts using AutoCAD
  • Experience with PLM tools will be an added advantage.
