Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Pune City for a Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will be responsible for the setup, operation, and basic maintenance of equipment, ensuring consistent efficiency and quality. The role includes monitoring production processes, operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and utilizing hand tools safely. The individual will work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations and maintain compliance with safety protocols.

Work Location: Wadki, Pune | Khed Shivapur Pune

Salary Rs. 18,000 - 24,000 based on your experience and qualification

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling Machinery
• Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure accurate production output
• Skillful usage and maintenance of Hand Tools
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to maintain safety standards and adherence to operational protocols
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging-related role is a plus
