Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator based in Asansol. The Machine Operator will operate and maintain machinery, ensuring efficient production processes. Daily responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring performance, performing routine maintenance, inspecting product quality, and adhering to safety protocols. The role requires collaboration with team members and an ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience working with various types of Machinery
- Knowledge and skills in Quality Control and Inspection processes
- Experience in safely handling and operating Hand Tools
- Strong Communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting
- Ability to work in a manual labor-intensive environment, prioritizing safety and precision
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification in machinery or related field is a plus
