Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role based in Aluva. The Machine Operator will handle the day-to-day operation of machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining various machines, conducting quality checks, utilizing hand tools for adjustments, and adhering to safety standards. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with team members to ensure seamless workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience handling complex machinery
• Skills in Quality Control to ensure adherence to production standards
• Familiarity with the use of Hand Tools
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and report any issues effectively
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and practices
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a bonus
