Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines.
- Ensure proper handling of tools and materials.
- Follow production processes and maintain machine efficiency.
- Check and verify dimensions and quality of finished products.
- For programmers: Create, edit, and optimize VMC programs as per job requirements.
- Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and machine upkeep.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machine operations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt (for freshers).
- CNC/VMC programming knowledge (for programmer cum operator role).
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
