Machine Operator/CNC Operator

We are seeking a full-time Machine Operator/CNC Operator for an on-site role based in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery and related equipment. Key responsibilities include setting up and running machines, conducting inspections for quality control, troubleshooting equipment issues, and adhering to safety regulations. The role involves interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring components meet specified dimensions, and working closely with the production team to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

• Demonstrated expertise in Machine Operation and Machinery handling
• Proficiency in Machining and Milling tasks, with hands-on experience
• Experience in Quality Control, including measuring and inspecting components for accuracy
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Technical certification or equivalent experience in machining or CNC operation is preferred
