Machine Operator

Role Description

We are seeking a Machine Operator for a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara. The Machine Operator will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery while ensuring quality standards and production goals are met. Day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting minor mechanical issues, operating hand tools, and collaborating with the team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Strict adherence to quality control measures is key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling Hand Tools
• Knowledge of Quality Control techniques and processes
• Basic understanding of operating and maintaining machinery
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues
• Physical stamina to handle moderate to heavy lifting and long work hours
• Prior experience as a Machine Operator is preferred
