Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate must fulfill any one of the following qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or other relevant fields
OR
- Graduate in a relevant field with at least 1 year of relevant experience
OR
- Diploma (3 years after Class 12th) in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or other relevant fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience
OR
- Class 10th + ITI (2 years) in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or other relevant fields with at least 4 years of relevant experience
OR
- Class 12th Pass with at least 4 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions to students on core topics in Electronics, Telecom, or IT as per the curriculum
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools
- Facilitate both theoretical and practical learning sessions
- Assess student performance through assignments, assessments, and feedback
- Ensure training quality and maintain discipline in the classroom
- Maintain training records and report progress to the Training Manager
- Guide and mentor students towards employability and skill enhancement
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Electronics/Telecom/IT concepts
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging way
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, presentations, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
