We are seeking a proactive Machine Learning Researcher to join a mission-driven company. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in machine learning and AI. You will be responsible for architecting and enhancing simulation models, spearheading research initiatives, and translating research insights into practical, deployable solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and Development: Architect and enhance simulation models to achieve unprecedented accuracy. You'll spearhead research initiatives that advance the science of behavioral prediction, and design and execute sophisticated experiments to validate new approaches.
- Implementation: Translate research insights into practical, deployable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced ML capabilities into the product.
- Model Deployment: Use your expertise to deploy ML models into production environments for real-world applications.
Skills Required
- Machine Learning & AI Expertise: A strong background in machine learning, particularly in behavioral prediction, reinforcement learning, or probabilistic modeling. Hands-on experience with designing and implementing ML models for real-world applications is essential.
- Research & Experimentation: Proven ability to conduct rigorous research, design experiments, and validate new methodologies in AI and behavioral modeling. A track record of published work in relevant areas is a plus.
- Software Development & Deployment: Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Experience in deploying ML models into production environments is required.
- Cloud & Scalable Systems: Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable computing frameworks such as Spark, Kubernetes, or distributed computing environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: The ability to work closely with product teams, data engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate advanced AI capabilities into practical, user-focused solutions.
