MAC - Administrator

Responsibilities :

Provide end-to-end administration and support for Mac OS devices across the enterprise environment. Manage device provisioning, configuration, software deployment, patch management, and policy enforcement using JAMF Pro/Casper Suite. Troubleshoot and resolve Mac OS hardware, software, security, and connectivity issues within defined SLAs. Perform system upgrades, OS migrations, inventory management, and compliance monitoring activities. Support end users with Mac-specific applications, peripherals, VPN, email, and collaboration tools.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Experience in Mac OS Administration and Support. Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro (Casper Suite) for device management and automation. Strong understanding of macOS administration, troubleshooting, and security best practices. Experience with application packaging, software deployment, patching, and endpoint management. Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM), device enrollment, and mobile device management (MDM) concepts. Familiarity with scripting technologies such as Bash, Shell, or Python for automation tasks. Understanding of identity and access management tools such as Azure AD, Okta, or Active Directory.
