Position: Educational Admission Counselor
Location: Kolkata Location
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Objective
To promote and sell educational programs by counseling prospective students, achieving admission and collection targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the institute.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students through calls, social media, and walk-ins.
- Walk-in generation through lead calling
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Visit schools, colleges, and other institutions for lead generation and walkin generation
- Maintain accurate student records and daily reports (admissions, follow-ups, collections).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any stream).
- Experience of 2-3 years in sales andhaving a pleasing personality
- Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
