Job Description

Position: Counselor and Center Manager

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Ahmedabad and Nasik

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job timing- 10 am to 7 pm / 11 am to 8 pm

Job Objective

To promote and sell educational programs by counseling prospective students, achieving admission and collection targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the institute.

Key Responsibilities - Counselor (Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Ahmedabad)

1. Handling enquiries and callings on leads generated through various sources.

2. Counsel enquiries and leads on call for enrolling them to online/offline training.

3. Responsible for handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.

4. Responsible to meet day wise, week wise, month wise and quarter wise targets.

5. Responsible for collecting initial admission amount.

6. Responsible for achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions.

7. Responsible for visiting colleges for the seminar and pulling Walkins from it.

8. Responsible for maintaining the brand's word of mouth, keeping timely check on the quality and getting referrals from the existing students.

9. Responsible for maintaining tasks sheet and keeping it timely updated.

Responsible for believing in self-research and keeping itself updated as per industry standards in terms of technologies

10. Responsible for timely escalation to the reporting manager and ensuring smooth transition.

11. Responsible for understanding the need of the hour for enquiry generation and if required

to do cold callings.

Key Responsibilities - Counselor (Nasik)

a. Handling enquiries and callings on leads generated through various sources. (in a day average 35 to 40 calls through multiple data resource and handling center enquiries as per enquiry visits).

b. Initiating all the center counselling till the time the junior team members are not equivalent responsible to convert a counselling into enrollment.

c. Responsible for handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.

d. Responsible to meet day wise, week wise, month wise and quarter wise targets.

e. Responsible for collecting lumpsum payments.

f. Responsible for achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions.

g. Responsible for visiting colleges for the seminar and pulling Walkins from it. (this KRA will be discussed when to execute).

h. Responsible for maintaining the brand's word of mouth, keeping timely check on the quality and getting referrals from the existing students.

i Responsible for maintaining tasks sheet and keeping it timely updated.

j. Responsible for believing in self-research and keeping itself updated as per industry standards in terms of technologies.

k. Responsible for timely escalation to the reporting manager and ensuring smooth transition.

I. Responsible for understanding the need of the hour for enquiry generation and if required to do cold callings. responsible for training and mentoring the junior team members.

n. Responsible to initiate house call and home counselling as the need based.
