Role and Responsibilities :
- Must have designed and implemented an Office 365 (Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive for Business) environment
- Must have experience in preparing transformation deliverables such as assessment summary, design documents (HLD, LLD), BOM, SOPs etc.
- Must have demonstrated ability to lead, manage, build and deliver customer and partner business results thru an engineering or professional services team
- Must have experience working with customers providing regular updates, troubleshooting deployment and migration issues.
- Have expertise in coding and executing PowerShell Scripts for automation and reporting purposes.
- Must have experience in Microsoft solutions including AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Entra ID and Entra ID Connect.
- Keep track of the emerging technologies in the market and should be updated with the market trends with the current UCC solutions
- Should be aware of the ancillary solutions for Active Directory/Exchange such as monitoring tools, SIEM, Auditing & Reporting tools.
- Strong problem solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation
- Microsoft Office 365 technical competency: Possess a broad knowledgebase of Office 365 technical architecture.
- Have ability to plan a delivery model and resourcing structure for the various technologies mentioned above
- Managing the hardware, software, policies and procedures needed to create, manage, distribute, use, store and revoke digital user/system certificates to provide privacy, authentication, integrity and non-repudiation
- Have experience with security definitions and solutions in the market which would be required for architecting the solution
- Must have knowledge on ITSM process.
- Must have good communication skills
- Should be aware of Disaster recovery plans to decide RTO and RPO for an architecture along with BCP.
