Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design

  • Architect and implement Messaging Infrastructure solutions for on-premises, O365, and hybrid environments.
  • Develop reference architectures, migration strategies, and management/operations models.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures and solutions.
  • Identify automation opportunities to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Implementation & Deployment

  • Lead end-to-end Exchange/O365 design, deployment, migration, and stabilization projects.
  • Execute POCs, assessment, and rollout strategies for enterprises (>20,000 users, multi-geo/multi-country).
  • Automate migration and management tasks using VB / PowerShell scripting.
  • Manage mobile device policies and infrastructure (ActiveSync, Good, Blackberry).

Operations & Governance

  • Ensure email infrastructure security, compliance, and protection using firewalls, anti-malware, DLP, and threat protection solutions.
  • Assess and improve existing messaging operations and service delivery.
  • Develop best practices, SOPs, and documentation for messaging and O365 operations.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of 45 consultants/architects in solution design and deployment.
  • Collaborate with global teams, technical and functional stakeholders, and pre-sales teams.
  • Create white papers, blogs, and presentations to share knowledge and thought leadership.
