Job Title: M&E Manager [Building & Industrial]
Location: Changi or East side
Salary: $8,000 - $11,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Compliance: Strategically oversee and drive all M&E operations to ensure strict adherence to project timelines, regulatory standards, code compliance, and rigorous safety protocols.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary M&E focal point, fostering seamless collaboration and robust relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to proactively resolve challenges and ensure flawless project execution.
Team Leadership: Provide decisive leadership to the integrated site team (M&E, Structural, and Architectural coordinators), ensuring top-tier performance that rigorously aligns with consultant specifications and client expectations.
Technical Resolution: Chair and actively participate in site CCM meetings, driving the swift resolution of all technical impediments and design clashes.
Documentation & Approvals: Oversee the meticulous preparation and timely approval of M&E drawings, material submittals, and method statements, strictly in sync with the master schedule deadlines.
Site Supervision: Direct, mentor, and supervise M&E staff, supervisors, and subcontractors to guarantee that on-site execution perfectly mirrors approved shop drawings, materials, and method statements.
Cost & Progress Reporting: Evaluate and manage site M&E Variation Orders (VO), providing concise progress reports and escalating critical issues to Headquarters in a timely manner.
Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Conduct rigorous site inspections, quality assurance checks, and on-the-ground troubleshooting for all M&E system technical anomalies to prevent downstream defects.
Design Review & RFI Management: Thoroughly assess consultant specifications, schematics, and design blueprints to pinpoint and rectify discrepancies. Issue RFIs to relevant consultants or engage directly with the client/consultant team for rapid resolution.
Lifecycle Management: Lead monthly M&E meetings, taking full ownership of coordinating, controlling, and managing the entire M&E lifecycle from inception to handover.
Defects Liability Period (DLP): Provide expert M&E support and ensure the timely rectification of all defects throughout the DLP period.
Design & Build (D&B) Integration: Actively participate in D&B projects, collaborating closely with consultants and architects from the conceptual stage through to successful project handover.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 6 to 10 years of relevant M&E project management experience, specifically within the building construction industry (experience with commercial, residential, or industrial projects is highly preferred).
