This is a full-time, on-site position located in Coimbatore for a Luxury Villa Sales Specialist. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, interacting with prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service, showcasing luxury villas, and ensuring successful closings. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team, conducting presentations, building lasting customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management skills
• Experience in providing Training and mentoring other team members
• Ability to build relationships and foster trust with clients
• Proven track record in real estate or luxury goods sales is a plus
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Coimbatore is preferred
• Self-motivated and target-driven individual
