Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Luxury Sales professional. The individual will be responsible for building relationships with high-end clientele, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and offering tailored recommendations to clients. The role includes managing sales processes, providing product training, and ensuring an enhanced customer experience aligned with luxury brand expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse clients and provide outstanding experiences.
  • Sales skills with the ability to understand customer needs, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide sales teams and implement sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals and luxury brand clients.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills and an aptitude for working in the luxury industry.
  • Previous experience in luxury sales or relevant industries is a significant advantage.
