Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Consultant (International) located in Gurugram. The Reservations Consultant will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, making reservations, communicating with clients, and managing sales processes. The role will also involve assisting clients with booking cruises and ensuring a smooth reservations experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations and Sales
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Cruise bookings
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field is preferred
