About the Role
RAJASAB is a luxury menswear house specialising in bespoke tailoring, premium fabrics, and personalised client consultations. We are seeking a Luxury Menswear Consultant who is confident, articulate, and understands refined dressing, fabric selection, and client experience at a premium level.
This is not a mass retail role. The position involves working closely with discerning clients, guiding them through styling, fabric choices, fittings, and the bespoke tailoring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients for bespoke and made-to-measure garments
- Assist clients with fabric selection, styling advice, and outfit coordination
- Support fittings, trials, and follow-ups to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Communicate clearly with the production and alterations team regarding client requirements
- Maintain high standards of grooming, presentation, and store aesthetics
- Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and service quality
- Understand and communicate garment construction, fits, fabrics, and finishing details

- Have experience in luxury retail, boutique fashion, bespoke tailoring, or premium client service

- Have a natural sense of dressing, grooming, and presentation
- Prefer quality interactions over high-volume retail selling
- Are detail-oriented and take pride in refined service delivery
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in luxury fashion, menswear, tailoring, or premium retail is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Good understanding of menswear fits, fabrics, and styling fundamentals
- Confident, polished, and client-focused demeanour
- Willingness to learn bespoke tailoring processes and brand philosophy
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday - 11AM to 8PM at our Worli store
- One weekly off rotational
